By accessing or using the services of Wing Brothers, LLC d/b/a Craven Wings (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including dining at our restaurant, placing orders, or using our website [www.cravenwings.com] (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Restaurant Services
2.1 Dining Experience
We strive to provide a safe, enjoyable dining environment for all guests.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Management reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave the premises.
2.2 Reservations
Reservations are recommended but not required.
We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Parties of 6 or more may be subject to automatic gratuity.
2.3 Age Restrictions
You must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Valid government-issued identification may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone.
3. Online Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Placement
All online orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or other reasons.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received before order processing begins.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
4.3 Delivery Instructions
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by you.
Failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation without refund.
5. Catering and Events
5.1 Catering Services
Catering orders require a minimum of [X] hours/days advance notice.
Final guest count must be confirmed [X] days prior to the event.
Price adjustments may apply if guest count changes.
5.2 Fully Staffed Events
Events requiring staff presence may have minimum duration and guest requirements.

Overtime charges may apply for events exceeding agreed-upon hours.
5.3 Deposits and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Cancellation policies will be specified in your catering agreement.

6. Website Usage
6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wing Brothers, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Conduct
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
7. Loyalty Program
7.1 Program Membership
Loyalty program membership is free and open to individuals 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
Membership is non-transferable.
7.2 Points and Rewards
Points are earned based on qualifying purchases.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Rewards are subject to availability and may have blackout dates or restrictions.

We handle common allergens including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish in our kitchen.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform their server before ordering.
We are not liable for allergic reactions to our food products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wing Brothers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our premises
Any food or beverages consumed at our establishment or provided through our services
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wing Brothers, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your conduct on our premises
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Knox County, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
